RETURNS & REFUNDS

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once a digital download has been delivered.

Digital Products Because our products are delivered instantly via email and cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads under standard circumstances.

Exceptions We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations: you did not receive your download within 24 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue, or the file is corrupted or defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@herlibrary.co within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

VIP Membership VIP Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide transaction records to your financial institution.
